Different foods for a beautiful you

Rima Soni gives tips to be beautiful with all that you have in your kitchen.

Apples are skin toners

They are full of vitamins. That is why the doctor says, “An apple a day, keeps the doctor away”. Apples shrink the pores, tighten the skin, balance the PH and in this way keeps the condition of the skin and hair in peak condition.

Apricots

Their Scrubs have become famous among most of the natural brands. They exfoliate the skin and smoothen it. They are rich in vitamin C. Their rich oil help even both delicate skin and mature skin providing them with vitamin A has anti-ageing properties.

Almonds

My best nut, I call it the body and skin builder. It nourishes, protects, softens and smoothens skin and of course, it is an excellent treatment for exfoliating skin. Almond oil and milk are both used for extra nourishing and treat the dry and aging skin.

Avocado

This fruit easily available and is bland to taste but the flesh is a super treat for dry skin and hair. Lavish the ripe pulp over the entire body and hair and feel the supple smooth texture of your hair and body. Do not throw the seed away.

Just use it to massage the body, it helps relax the muscles.

Aloe Vera

A must grow in every home, it has both medicinal and soothing properties. It is called the healer plant. Apply the get to smooth and calm the body. It helps clean the skin and cleanse off the dandruff from the scalp. Conditions the hair and if you have burned or your skin is sensitive, apply a thick layer of this and you will be amazed to see the results.
